Seriously. Bath readers will never abandon the book. We are finnnee, at least for the moment. I mean, when they invent a waterproof eReader things will get interesting but until then! Stay safe!

Any other issues you’ve noticed with either type of reading platform? I find when reading in bed? If I drop a book on my face after accidentally dozing off it totally wakes me up whereas an eReader hits me and I just snooze away. Also, books are probably the only reason I have (a tiny amount of) upper body strength. Um.

    The illustrations and the point made are wonderful. It happens. Maybe that is why I like showers.

    Now these are EXACTLY the reasons why print books rule!! They are more waterproof, a cure for narcolepsy and great for upper muscle strength and toning! 🙂

    Beat these, e-readers! Hah! Yay!

    Take care

    A ray of hope. How am I expected to dog-ear a page I can't turn?

    Lol I almost broke my nose once when I fell asleep with a book.

    I was on my back, thinking that the tension of keeping the thick Math textbook in the air above my face would keep me awake for the time before I had to go write a math test.

    … BIG mistake.

    Sierra sent me here and OMG giggle fest!

    My issue with the e-readers is that I have a good place memory. In otherwords if I want to fin a specific scene in the book I'm reading I know around about where to find it in my paper book. trying to go back and forth on the e-reader (Yes I have a plain on with no touch screen) … yeah I just can't do it! *pout*

    Anyway Via paper books! (even if I don't read in the bath). :}

    OMG MIA. How did I miss this most excellent of blogposts?! I am going to be in suspense FOREVER about Twigs: what to do and where to find them.

    Also, I agree with the above comment re: flipping back and forth to find particular scenes. You cannot beat a physical book in that regard! That is why I WAY prefer doing my research and primary source reading with paper books instead of the computer or ereader. SO much easier to refer back to things without losing your place!
